The easiest DNA preparation

Add 100 µL of LazyExtract Solution to 5,000 to 100,000 cells and mix.

Use the mixture as a PCR template or store it at room temperature.

Heating process (65ËšC 6 min, 98ËšC 2 min) increases long-term storage stability, but is not necessary if samples are used within one week.

Robust PCR bands can be obtained even from DNA samples prepared using LazyExtract under lazy storage conditions.
